Festival & live event production management

The nightliners bring the artists in. Dayliner runs the day.

Artist advancing, running orders, transport, crew and catering for music festivals, clubs and venues — from the first booking to the last load-out.

Made for the people who put on shows

Two audiences, one platform built around how live events actually run.

Music Festivals

Built for multi-stage, multi-day events with a lot of moving parts.

  • Multi-stage line-ups & running orders
  • Artist advancing, riders & area access
  • Crew, transport and suppliers at scale
  • A clear day-by-day schedule everyone shares

Clubs & Venues

Keep every room, booking and recurring night in one calendar.

  • Recurring events & bookings in one place
  • Deals and the companies behind them
  • Staffing, catering & supplier coordination
  • One source of truth across your team

Everything a production needs, in one place

From the first booking to the last load-out.

Rain plans

The call is yours. The two hundred changes that follow aren't.

Deciding to pull the rain plan is a production manager's judgement — the forecast, the artist, the crowd, the insurance. Software has no business making that call, so Dayliner doesn't. It does everything after. A rain plan is a named alternative schedule stored as deltas over the live one: keep, cancel, move, add, item by item. Your real schedule is untouched until you say go, and applying it never deletes anything, so you can walk it back when the sky clears.

Moved shows keep their original time, so the event dashboard tells eight departments “Moved from 18:00 — Storm Plan B” instead of leaving them guessing.

Artist advancing

Advancing that ends in an answer, not a thread.

Every band gets their own link — magic-link login, no password to lose. They upload the technical rider, stage plot, input list, hospitality rider, setlist and press kit; declare a travel party of between 1 and 15; ask for the soundcheck length they want; run their own guest list. Every submission is a versioned change request you review and approve — draft, submitted, under review, approved, merged. Fields can be required, read-only, or internal-only, so the band never sees your notes. Each performer has a communication language: they get Hungarian, you get English.

Transport & logistics

A 2 m case won't go in a hatchback.

Loose transport requests get clustered into suggested runs — same route, inside a wait window, inside vehicle capacity — then matched to a free vehicle and a driver whose licence and gearbox actually fit. Cargo fitting is volume-first: usable volume is the boot plus any freed seats, times a packing factor, capped by payload weight, with a longest-item guard. It warns you at 90% full. Nothing moves without you — they stay suggestions until you apply them.

Airport → Hotel · 14:20–14:50 4 requests pooled
Van · manual · 8 seats Driver matched
Cargo 91% of usable volume Tight fit
Bass cab 2.1 m · hatchback Won't fit

And the rest of the day

The parts nobody sees until one of them goes wrong.

Conflict detection

Shared band members with overlapping sets. No travel time between two locations. The same vehicle in two places. Spawn a task straight from the conflict.

Workflows

Deadlines anchored to showtime, not to dates. Priority escalates as the show gets closer. Tasks with unmet dependencies are created locked, so the ledger is complete from day one.

Area access

Role × area × time window, granted or denied, by priority. Manual always overrides generated.

Catering

Headcount is everyone attending plus your adjustment, because half the band travels away at night. Vegan through kosher.

Resources

Every person and every case exists exactly once. Location comes from the schedule.

Shortages

Assignments with nothing allocated, and who could cover them.

Documents

Liquid templates to PDF and XLSX, white-labelled per event.

Email

Outbound and inbound. Mail that matches nothing lands in a triage inbox.

Two languages

Full Hungarian and English throughout, down to a communication language per band.

How getting started works
